Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by DirtBikeMall (DBM) through dirtbikemall.com. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to and separate from any legal rights you may have as a purchaser of the Product. This Warranty does not affect rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Before your first ride, please read all manuals provided with the Product. These manuals contain important information regarding safety, assembly, operation, and maintenance.

DirtBikeMall warrants eligible Products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with DirtBikeMall’s published guidelines. These guidelines include technical specifications, user manuals, assembly instructions, and service communications.

“Original retail purchase” means a Product purchased new directly from DirtBikeMall through dirtbikemall.com.

Warranty Scope

DirtBikeMall provides a limited warranty for eligible electric bicycles and electric motorcycles sold through dirtbikemall.com.

This Warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal use and proper maintenance.

Unless otherwise stated, complimentary accessories and promotional gifts are not covered by this Warranty.

Warranty Period and Eligibility

The general warranty period is 2 years from the original purchase date, unless a different coverage period is specified for a particular component below.

Repairs or replacements performed during the warranty period do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Warranty coverage is registered automatically when the original purchaser places and receives an eligible order from dirtbikemall.com.

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

General Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

• Products transferred to another owner or purchased through an unauthorized third-party platform

• Normal wear and tear

• Routine maintenance and service

• Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, operation, storage, or maintenance

• Damage caused by accidents, collisions, misuse, abuse, neglect, stunt riding, racing, or other unintended use

• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the normal operation or structural integrity of the Product

• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme heat, chemicals, abrasives, sand, dirt, flooding, fire, lightning, earthquakes, severe weather, or other external events

• Products with removed, altered, damaged, defaced, or illegible serial numbers or barcodes

• Labor, installation, inspection, or transportation costs unless expressly authorized in writing by DirtBikeMall

Wear items—including tires, inner tubes, bearings, brake pads, and similar consumable components—are not covered for normal deterioration. However, verified manufacturing defects may be reviewed during the applicable warranty period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DirtBikeMall is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Product.

Products and Components Covered

DirtBikeMall may repair or replace an eligible component determined to be defective or damaged during shipping, except when the issue results from user error, misuse, or another excluded cause.

All claims are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by DirtBikeMall.

Frame Warranty and Extended Protection

Standard Frame Warranty

All eligible DirtBikeMall eBike frames include a 1-year limited frame warranty, beginning on the delivery date and applying only to the original purchaser.

Frame Coverage Includes

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity of the frame

• One frame replacement during the applicable warranty period, subject to inspection and approval by DirtBikeMall

Frame Warranty Terms

• Coverage applies to the replacement frame only.

• Labor costs, installation, component transfers, and related service expenses are not included.

• Replacement frames may be refurbished, scratch-and-dent, or cosmetically imperfect, provided they are structurally sound and safe to use.

• If the original frame style or color is unavailable, DirtBikeMall may provide a compatible alternative at its discretion.

Extended Frame Warranty

Customers may extend eligible frame coverage to 24 months by purchasing the Extended Frame Warranty at the time of the original Product purchase.

Extended coverage applies only to orders that include the Extended Frame Warranty product.

Extended frame coverage may include:

• Manufacturing-related structural frame issues identified during months 13–24

• Eligibility for a discounted replacement frame

• Eligibility for a paid replacement option based on the inspection results, condition of the Product, and replacement availability

Important Extended Warranty Terms

• Extended coverage is not included by default.

• The Extended Frame Warranty must be purchased with the original Product order.

• Labor, installation, transportation, and component transfer costs remain excluded.

• Final eligibility and available resolutions are determined by DirtBikeMall after evaluation.

Frame Warranty Exclusions

Frame coverage does not include damage or deterioration caused by:

• Corrosion or rust

• Paint fading, scratches, cosmetic wear, or impact marks

• Crashes, collisions, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage

• Drilling, welding, cutting, or other non-reversible modifications

• Accessories improperly mounted to the frame

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper assembly or maintenance

Battery Warranty

Eligible batteries sold as part of a DirtBikeMall Product are covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the original purchase date.

During the first year, a battery confirmed by DirtBikeMall to have a manufacturing defect may be repaired or replaced at no cost for the replacement component. Unless otherwise stated or authorized, shipping and labor costs are not included.

Repairing or replacing a battery does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

No cash reimbursement will be provided in place of a battery repair or replacement.

Battery defects must be inspected and verified by DirtBikeMall.

Battery Warranty Exclusions

Battery coverage does not include defects, damage, or deterioration resulting from:

• Accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, stunt riding, racing, or unintended use

• Improper storage or prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures

• Exposure to liquids, moisture, chemicals, abrasives, sand, or dirt

• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair

• Normal loss of battery capacity resulting from age and use

• Cosmetic scratches, dents, or surface damage that do not affect battery operation

• Charging with an incompatible or unauthorized charger

• Improper use of a battery charger

• Broken seals or evidence of tampering

• Using the battery with equipment other than the Product for which it was designed

• Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, testing, operation, maintenance, service, or adjustment

• Damage caused by fire, flooding, collision, lightning, theft, blown fuses, an improper electrical source, or other external causes

• A removed, altered, damaged, defaced, or illegible serial number or barcode

• Accessories or equipment not supplied or approved by DirtBikeMall

Parts and Components Warranty

Eligible original parts and components supplied with DirtBikeMall Products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, unless a different coverage period is stated for a specific component.

If more than 15 days have passed since the Product was delivered, customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement parts provided under warranty.

Parts and Components Exclusions

Coverage does not include:

• Corrosion caused by exposure to moisture, heat, chemicals, or other environmental conditions

• Cosmetic deterioration or damage to the finish, appearance, or surface of the Product

• Labor, installation, or component replacement charges

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, racing, stunt riding, or unintended use

• Damage resulting from improper storage

• Exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt

• Cosmetic scratches, dents, or surface damage not caused by a manufacturing defect

• Products with removed, altered, damaged, defaced, or illegible serial numbers or barcodes

• Damage caused by accessories or equipment not furnished or approved by DirtBikeMall

• Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, testing, operation, maintenance, service, repair, or adjustment

• Damage resulting from collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, theft, blown fuses, improper electrical sources, or other external causes

• Normal wear and tear that does not result from a defect in materials or workmanship

DirtBikeMall reserves the right to evaluate whether damage results from normal wear and tear or a covered manufacturing defect.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted directly to DirtBikeMall at info@dirtbikemall.com.

To initiate a warranty request, customers must provide:

• The original order number

• Proof of purchase

• The Product model and serial number

• A detailed description of the problem

• Clear photographs or videos showing the reported issue

• Any additional information reasonably requested by DirtBikeMall

Before submitting a formal warranty claim, customers are encouraged to contact DirtBikeMall, as some issues may be resolved through troubleshooting.

DirtBikeMall will not authorize or provide a replacement part without first reviewing sufficient photographs, videos, or other evidence of the reported issue.

For approved warranty claims, DirtBikeMall may provide eligible replacement components or parts at no charge. Unless otherwise stated or authorized in writing, shipping, labor, installation, and third-party repair costs are not covered.

Customers must obtain written authorization from the DirtBikeMall after-sales team before arranging repairs or incurring labor expenses. Unauthorized expenses will not be reimbursed.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare cases, a Product may be damaged during transportation.

If shipping damage is discovered, contact info@dirtbikemall.com and provide clear photographs or videos showing:

• The shipping carton

• The shipping label

• All visible packaging damage

• The damaged Product or component

Shipping damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Complimentary accessories and promotional gifts are not eligible for replacement or compensation solely because of cosmetic scratches or minor shipping damage.

Customers should retain the original packaging until the shipping damage claim has been reviewed.

Available Warranty Resolutions

After evaluating an approved claim, DirtBikeMall may choose to:

• Provide troubleshooting assistance

• Repair the defective component

• Provide a replacement component

• Provide a refurbished or functionally equivalent replacement

• Offer another reasonable resolution permitted under applicable law

The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the nature of the defect, Product condition, replacement availability, and applicable warranty terms.

This Limited Warranty represents DirtBikeMall’s written warranty for covered Products.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, no other express or implied warranties are provided, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the applicable exclusions and limitations will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
